  • Due to the lack of interest in the “biotechnology” stream, this stream will not be offered to the students entering level 3 in the March and July semesters of 2008. In 2008, only the “sustainable processing” stream will be offered. The “biotechnology” stream” could be offered in 2009, depending on the demand and the interest of the new cohort of students.
  • Monash University emphasizes the importance of safety for staff and students. As a student enrolled in the chemical engineering program, you will be exposed to chemicals and handling of high pressure / temperature equipment. A Safety Briefing Session has been arranged for all chemical engineering students on Monday 25/2/08 at 10.00am in Plenary Theatre. All students are highly encouraged to attend this briefing session. Attendance will be recorded. This session will be conducted by the Campus Safety Manager Mr. Prame Kumar Nair
